All items are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For. Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process your order before shipment.

Do you accept returns?

Love Lunoa returns or exchanges on our products however due to some of the feeding pacifiers included in our sets there will be a small cost which wont be refunded due to hygeine reasons. However, for the unlikely reason any of our products are faulty, please contact us at lovelunoa@outlook.com
